The secret seven are: Peter, Janet, Jack, Barbara, Pam, Colin, George and not forgetting Peter and Janet's dog, Scamper. Peter can be bossy at times and likes being in charge as he is the leader of the secret seven. Janet likes the idea of being part of a secret club. Barbara likes making funny words up. Jack is forgetful and Colin has to remind him a lot! Pam can get a bit worried at times and George is normally the first to secret seven meetings. They are a secret club that enjoy having an adventure and like helping charity in fun ways. After Jack loses his secret seven badge when the gang go out to make snowmen he decides to go and get it when he's meant to be in bed. But why on the track next to the place that they made their snowmen do two men do something very strange...? My brother read it and he tells me it is amazing!
​These books are the books that I couldn't put down. Each chapter ends with a "what's going to happen next?". It's about a family with a cousin and a dog called Timothy. There are five of them altogether which make up the Famous Five. There are three boys: Dick, Julian, Timothy. There are two girls; one is Anne who is helpful, sensible and funny. One is Georgina, (she would like to be a boy so I think I should say GEORGE), sometimes she is bad-tempered but then other times she is nice and 'a delight' according to Julian. My favorite Famous Five adventure is Famous Five On a Treasure Island. It is their first time meeting George and she is very angry about them staying at her house. They soon get to know George and find out they make a pretty good team. When they get there they find something (I won't say what because it will give the story away). When the five think all is lost, Timothy comes and saves them.
The boy at the back of the class is a fun book with lots of suspense and it is described with the most amazing words and adjectives and I can almost all the time see the picture of the scene in my head I sometimes pretend I am one of the characters.
The Diary of a wimpy kid is about a boy called Greg Heffley. He has a brother called Rodrick (who is very annoying) and a friend called Rowley Jefferson (who acts a bit young for his age). This book is Greg Heffleys journal and it is all about his life, trying to be popular in middle school.

A heart-touching story about friendship and kindness. August Pullman, a 10-year-old boy who was born with a genetic disease. He makes his way through middle school picking friends on the way. I love this book as you see the story from lots of different points of view. I would really recommend this book. As Summer would say, it is really cool beans!
Mabel has a space in her heart where her dad was before he left. But when Mum met Gavin, Mabel felt that everything was alright but of course Terrible Topaz has to ruin it all. Mabel is a kind, thoughtful girl with a generous nature and a passion for astronomy. She is extremely anxious and carries an imaginary, but very heavy, suitcase in her head. I love this heartwarming story.
